2. Medical Reports & Approval
- Accurate and complete medical reports (if applicable) must be submitted during registration.
- Incorrect or incomplete submissions may result in denied admission without a refund.
- Our medical team will review all health reports, and admission may be refused in cases of critical conditions.
3. Conditions We Are Unable to Treat
For the safety and well-being of all guests, we cannot accommodate individuals with the following medical conditions:
- Dialysis dependency
- Bedridden patients
- Patients requiring oxygen cylinders
- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Critical care cases
- Kidney failure
- HIV/AIDS
- Hepatitis B & C
If any of the above conditions are not disclosed at the time of registration, Munshi Nature Cure holds no liability for the inability to provide treatment.
4. Treatment Guidelines & Responsibilities
- The treatments offered at Munshi Nature Cure are based on Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Panchakarma, and holistic healing.
- Therapies focus on natural healing and detoxification and do not replace conventional medical treatment.
- The effectiveness of treatments varies based on individual health conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to prescribed therapies.
- Patients must adhere to the dietary and lifestyle guidelines recommended by the center during their stay.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once registration is completed.
- If admission is denied due to incorrect or incomplete medical reports, no refunds will be provided.
- Cancellation requests after booking will not be entertained.
The center reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Code of Conduct & Compliance
- Guests must respect the discipline and rules of the wellness center.
- Alcohol, tobacco, and any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
- Any misconduct, non-compliance, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate expulsion from the center without a refund.
- Guests must ensure hygiene and cleanliness within the premises.

- The center shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the stay.
